HOW DO I PACKAGE EQUIPMENT TO BE SENT TO BCF FOR SERVICE OR REPAIR?

It is important for you to suitably package your equipment, so it is not damaged whilst being couriered to BCF. This means using a sufficiently strong cardboard box, that you can place material such as bubble wrap around the equipment to prevent any possible damage.

It is very useful if you add a compliment slip or details of your business inside the box, so that we can easily identify your equipment when it arrives with us.
To speed up your service or repair also please ensure that your equipment has been cleaned before being packaged.
